Field Biologist, National Tropical Botanical Garden

Research focuses on the conservation of Pacific Island floras. My essential responsibilities include organizing and conducting botanical field surveys with a specialty in rough terrain; collection/documentation of herbarium specimens, seed/propagules and DNA material for genetic sequencing; publishing conservation status data and new species descriptions; geographical information; conservation biology research; national & international scientific collaboration; and educational outreach.
